To safeguard critical transport, MKG has documented its policies, processes and work instructions. These are reviewed internally and externally on a regular basis, and adjustments are made where necessary to achieve better results. And of course paper is patient, but when the situation calls for it, hundreds of smaller decisions are still made regularly by people who want to do the right thing, even when that is not described down to the last detail. What matters is that MKG continuously takes the next step in improving its service for its customers, remaining reliable and transparent in doing so.
TAPA TSR certified since 2017
MKG is TAPA TSR certified and therefore meets the strict international security requirements of the Transported Asset Protection Association (TAPA) for securing valuable and sensitive goods during transport and storage. This gives our customers maximum assurance for handling critical transport. Through controlled processes, secured vehicles and trained employees, we minimise risks such as theft, loss and damage.
Every driver holds a GDP certificate
At MKG, drivers work in accordance with the applicable GDP guidelines (Good Distribution Practice). This ensures the safe and correct distribution of medical and pharmaceutical shipments. Our drivers and employees receive targeted training and education for this purpose. Upon completion, they hold an official certificate, so the customer is assured of expert and responsible transport in line with GDP standards.
